Hydrotech has introduced the advanced removal phosphate sludge system into automobile industry in China for many years; the equipments are from ALSI of USA. An ALSI/Summit filter is simple in design and high in performance providing liquid filtration with advantages not available in other products. It is engineered to function with few moving parts.

      ALSI application engineers examine the entire system.  A review of the chemical program, solids loading, and hydraulics will result in a complete system approach.

According to the different application situation and the requirement of the customer, the removal phosphate sludge includes pressure filter and filter press.

由于纸带式压滤机为近些年开始在电泳线上应用的新技术，在占地面积，设备自动化、能耗等方面都有了很大的改进。设备占地面积小，在运行过程中，由于基本采用全自动化运行，因此无须操作人员在设备运行中参与，唯一需要的就是在磷化渣运送车满渣后需要人员进行车辆更换。设备本身因为只有两个滤纸驱动电机，往复设计，使滤纸的更换周期增加2~3倍，增加了滤纸重复使用功能，因此可以使滤纸的使用率提高2~3倍因而节省了用户的耗材费用。

板框压滤机(Filter press):采用板框式过滤的方式进行溶液除渣处理。可用于类似磷化液等溶液进行的除渣工艺中。
· 去除磷化渣料，维持磷化槽中的颗粒物含量低于50ppm.
· 可以根据用户的需要，进行相应的设计制造。
· 设备的设计基于:颗粒大小/成份，槽的物理特性和流量要求。
